Sweet and Spicy Wings

Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sriracha sauce
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
2. In a large bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, sriracha, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
4. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and cooked through.
6. In a small pan, toast sesame seeds over low heat until golden brown.
7. Remove wings from oven, let cool slightly, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro before serving.

Storage

Store leftover wings in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat wings in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes until heated through and crispy.
