Ingredients

3 lbs baby back ribs
2 tbsp ground coffee
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, combine ground coffee, brown sugar, smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to create a rub.
3. Pat the ribs dry with paper towels and apply the coffee rub generously on both sides of the ribs, pressing it into the meat.
4. Place ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for 60 minutes, maintaining a consistent temperature and occasionally basting with apple cider vinegar.
5. Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and cook for an additional 15 minutes, or until the sauce caramelizes.
6. Remove from grill, let rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.

Storage

Store leftover ribs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

To reheat, wrap ribs in aluminum foil and warm in a preheated oven at 300°F for 15-20 minutes.
