Sweet & Spicy Oven Ribs

Ingredients
3 lbs pork ribs
1 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 300°F.
2. Combine BBQ sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a bowl to make the marinade.
3. Rub the ribs generously with the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
4. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
5. Bake in the oven for 2.5 hours.
6. Remove the foil, increase the oven temperature to 400°F, and bake for an additional 15 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
7. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Storage
Store leftover ribs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
To reheat, preheat oven to 300°F and warm ribs for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through.
