Score a touchdown with this overloaded platter of nachos, featuring layers of melted cheese, jalapeños, and seasoned ground beef. It's an ultimate game day snack that will have everyone cheering for more.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 bag tortilla chips
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup guacamole
1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
3. Drain excess fat and stir in the taco seasoning; cook for another 2 minutes.
4. On a large baking sheet, spread out half of the tortilla chips evenly.
5. Layer half of the cooked beef, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, jalapeños, tomatoes, black olives, and green onions over the chips.
6. Repeat the layering process with the remaining chips and toppings.
7. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Remove from oven and garnish with sour cream, guacamole, and cilantro before serving.

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes or until heated through. Alternatively, microwave on high for 1-2 minutes.
