Ingredients

1 lb ground sausage
2 cups Bisquick mix
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups milk
4 large eggs
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
3. In a large bowl, combine Bisquick mix, milk, and eggs. Whisk until smooth.
4. Stir in cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, bell peppers, onions, green onions, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper into the Bisquick mixture.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
