Ingredients
6 cups fresh spinach
2 cups strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup pecans, toasted
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a large salad bowl, combine fresh spinach leaves, sliced strawberries, crumbled goat cheese, toasted pecans, and thinly sliced red onion.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined to make the vinaigrette dressing.
