Strawberry Gelatin Delight
A delightful no-bake pie featuring a luscious strawberry-flavored gelatin filling with a creamy touch, encased in a buttery graham cracker crust—perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients
1 ready-made graham cracker crust (9 inches)
1 cup boiling water
1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup cold water
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water.
2. Stir in the cold water and mix until well blended.
3. Refrigerate the gelatin mixture until slightly thickened, about 30 minutes.
4. Fold in the whipped topping gently until the mixture is smooth.
5. Arrange sliced strawberries evenly over the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
6. Pour the gelatin mixture over the strawberries, spreading evenly with a spatula.
7. Refrigerate the pie until firm, about 4 hours or overnight.
Storage
Refrigerate covered and consume within 3 days.
Reheating
Serve chilled; reheating not recommended.
