Ingredients
1 lb ziti pasta
1 lb spicy Italian sausage, removed from casings
2 cups kale, chopped and stems removed
2 cups marinara sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. Cook ziti pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté until fragrant.
4. Add sausage to the skillet, cook until browned, breaking it into smaller pieces.
5. Stir in chopped kale, cook until wilted.
6. Combine cooked ziti, sausage mixture, marinara sauce, and ricotta cheese in a large bowl. Mix well.
7. Transfer to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
8. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
