Ingredients

1 large head of cauliflower
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a large mixing bowl.
3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
4. Drizzle the spice mixture over the cauliflower florets and toss until evenly coated.
5. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown, tossing halfway through.
7. Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
