Ingredients
2 racks baby back ribs
1 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp sriracha sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for tender results.
3. In a bowl, mix maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, sriracha sauce, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, black pepper, and salt.
4. Brush the ribs with olive oil and season with a bit of salt and pepper.
5. Place ribs on a baking sheet, cover with foil, and bake for 2.5 hours.
6. Remove ribs from the oven, increase temperature to 400°F (200°C).
7. Brush generously with the maple glaze mixture.
8. Return to the oven uncovered and cook for an additional 20 minutes, until caramelized and sticky.
9. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a preheated oven at 300°F (150°C) for 15 minutes or until heated through, or microwave on medium power.
