Ingredients
2 lbs chicken thighs
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cups buttermilk
1/4 cup maple syrup
Vegetable oil for frying
1/4 cup hot sauce
1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
1. Mix buttermilk and maple syrup in a bowl, then marinate chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 2 hours.
