Spicy Mango Crab Rangoon

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 oz crab meat, drained
1/4 cup diced fresh mango
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp black pepper
12 wonton wrappers
Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, mango, sriracha, soy sauce, green onions, garlic powder, ginger, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
2. Place a teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold into a triangle, pressing to seal edges.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
5. Fry the wontons in batches for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Reheating

Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes or until heated through and crispy.
