Spicy Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients

12 large jalapeños
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
12 slices bacon
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Cut each jalapeño in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.
3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño half with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
6. Place the poppers on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted.
7. Remove from grill and let cool slightly before serving.

Storage

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

To reheat, place the poppers on a baking sheet and warm in an oven preheated to 350°F for about 10 minutes or until heated through.
