Spicy Jalapeño Pimento Cheese

Ingredients

8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup diced pimentos
2 tablespoons diced pickled jalapeños
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese and softened cream cheese.
2. Add mayonnaise to the mixture and blend until smooth.
3. Stir in diced pimentos and diced pickled jalapeños.
4. Season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
5. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Reheating
