Spicy Herb-Infused Chicken

Ingredients
4 lbs chicken thighs
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp paprika
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, minced garlic, chopped thyme, rosemary, oregano, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
3. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat thoroughly with the marinade. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
4. Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Storage
Store leftover chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes until warmed through.
