Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tsp olive oil
Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook ground beef until fully browned.
2. Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning, stir well to combine.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
4. Spread the cream cheese mixture in an even layer at the bottom of a serving dish.
5. Layer the cooked taco meat over the cream cheese mixture.
6. Pour salsa over the taco meat layer evenly.
7. Sprinkle shredded Mexican cheese blend over the salsa layer.
8. Add chopped tomatoes, black olives, and green onions on top.
9. Garnish with chopped cilantro for a fresh finish.
10. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
