Ingredients

4 cups shredded green cabbage
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 small jalapeño, thinly sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp grated ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, green onions, sliced almonds, cilantro, and jalapeño.
2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, lime juice, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
