1 cup water
2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup cocoa powder
For the glaze: 1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 13x18 inch sheet pan.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, cayenne, and salt.
3. In a saucepan, bring butter, water, and cocoa to a boil.
4. Combine the hot mixture with dry ingredients; mix well.
5. Add eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and baking soda; blend until smooth.
6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes.
7. For the glaze, melt butter and honey together in a saucepan.
8. Stir in cinnamon and powdered sugar until smooth.
9. Pour warm glaze over the hot cake and spread evenly.
10. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
