Ingredients

2 large eggs
3 ripe bananas, mashed

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring just until combined.
6. Fold in the chopped walnuts and pecans.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 to 70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
9. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
