Ingredients

3/4 cup warm milk
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 tsp salt
2 large eggs
4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup maple syrup for glaze

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk with yeast and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
2. Stir in melted butter, salt, and eggs, then gradually add flour until a dough forms. Knead for 8 minutes.
3. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
4. Roll dough into a rectangle and spread with softened butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecans. Drizzle with maple syrup.
5. Roll up the dough tightly and cut into 12 slices. Arrange slices in a greased baking dish.
6. Let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes until puffy.
7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
8. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with cream cheese and maple syrup until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls before serving.

Storage

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days, or refrigerate for up to a week.

Reheating

To reheat, place rolls in a preheated oven at 300°F for 10 minutes or microwave on low for 20-30 seconds until warmed through.
