Ingredients
4 bone-in pork chops (1-inch thick)
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, soy sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to form a glaze.
3. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels, then place them in a baking dish.
4. Pour the glaze over the pork chops, ensuring they are well-coated on both sides.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F, basting occasionally with the glaze.
6. Allow the pork chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
