Southwestern Frito Pie

Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
1 bag (10 oz) Fritos corn chips
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 lime, juiced
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 jalapeno, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. In a large skillet, brown the ground turkey over medium heat, draining any excess fat.
2. Add the taco seasoning, black beans, and corn to the skillet, stirring to combine. Cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
3. On a large serving platter, spread out the Fritos corn chips.
4. Evenly distribute the turkey mixture over the Fritos.
5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
6. In a small bowl, mix sour cream with lime juice to make lime crema.
7. Drizzle the lime crema over the layered Frito pie.
8. Garnish with chopped cilantro, green onions, and jalapeno slices.
9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
