Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken breast
1 ripe avocado, diced
1/2 cup canned corn, drained
1/2 cup black beans, rinsed
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 lime, juiced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, avocado, corn, black beans, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
