Southeast Asian-Inspired Turmeric Latte
This warm and comforting Southeast Asian-inspired turmeric latte, also known as golden milk, combines the earthy taste of turmeric with creamy coconut milk and a hint of honey. Not only does it offer a cozy experience, but it also provides anti-inflammatory benefits perfect for well-being.

Ingredients
2 cups coconut milk
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. In a small saucepan, combine coconut milk, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the mixture is hot but not boiling.
2. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the honey and vanilla extract until fully dissolved.
3. Use a frother or whisk to create a light froth on top.
4. Pour into mugs and serve warm.
Storage
Store any leftover latte in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat the latte on the stovetop over low heat, stirring occasionally until warm. Do not boil.
