Smoky Cocktail Sausages

Ingredients

1 lb cocktail sausages
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

1. In a medium saucepan, combine ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, barbecue sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika over medium heat.
2. Stir the sauce mixture continuously until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is well-blended.
3. Add the cocktail sausages to the saucepan and stir to coat them thoroughly in the sauce.
4. Reduce heat to low and let the sausages simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are heated through and the sauce has thickened.
5. Serve warm with toothpicks for easy eating.

Storage

Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in a saucepan over low heat until warmed through. Alternatively, microwave on medium power in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until hot.
