Ingredients
4 lbs whole chicken
2 lemons, sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
1. Rinse the chicken and pat it dry with paper towels.
