Slow Cooker Honey Mustard BBQ Ribs

Tender slow-cooked ribs coated in a sweet and tangy honey mustard BBQ sauce, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

3 lbs pork ribs
1 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Cut ribs into manageable sections.
2. Mix BBQ sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sear ribs on all sides.
4. Place ribs in slow cooker and pour sauce over them.
5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until tender.
6. Carefully remove ribs from slow cooker and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Storage

Store leftover ribs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat ribs in the oven at 300°F until warmed through or in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
