Slow-Cooker Honey Chipotle Pork Ribs

Ingredients
3 lbs pork ribs
1 cup honey
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, mix the honey, apple cider vinegar, chipotle peppers, tomato paste, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the pork ribs on both sides until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
3. Place the seared ribs in the slow cooker and pour the honey chipotle sauce over them, making sure to coat the ribs evenly.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or until the ribs are tender and easily pull apart with a fork.
5. Once cooked, remove the ribs from the slow cooker and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Storage
Store leftover ribs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
To reheat, place the ribs in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
