Slam Dunk Stuffed Jalapeños

Ingredients

12 large jalapeños
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 strips crispy bacon, crumbled
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.
3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture and place on a baking sheet.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until jalapeños are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes until warmed through.
