Simple Oven-Baked Tilapia

Ingredients
4 tilapia fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon (sliced)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
3. Place the tilapia fillets in the baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
4. Sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper over the fillets evenly.
5. Arrange lemon slices on top of the fillets.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Storage
Store leftover cooked tilapia in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a 350°F oven for about 10 minutes or until warmed through.
