Shrimp Scampi Delight
A delightful rendition of shrimp scampi that highlights the fresh flavors of garlic and lemon, making it a perfect dish for seafood enthusiasts and easy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup dry white wine
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
8 oz of linguine pasta
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt butter and add olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
4. Stir in the shrimp, and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Pour in the white wine, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
6. Toss the cooked linguine with the shrimp mixture in the skillet until well coated.
7. Garnish with parsley and Parmesan cheese before serving.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through, adding a splash of water if necessary.
