Shrimp Delight

This delightful shrimp appetizer features succulent shrimp in a garlic and lemon butter sauce, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Stir in lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
