Ingredients

1 pre-made thin pizza crust
6 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and bell peppers, sauté until softened.
4. Pour egg mixture into the skillet and scramble until just set. Remove from heat.
5. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and dried oregano.
6. Evenly distribute scrambled eggs over the crust.
7. Top with shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, sautéed vegetables, and sliced green onions.
8. Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
9. Slice and serve immediately.

Storage
