Ingredients
2 lbs frozen hash browns
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the hash browns, chopped spinach, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and finely chopped onion.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream, melted butter, all-purpose flour, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
4. Pour the sour cream mixture over the hash brown mixture and stir until well combined.
5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
6. Sprinkle paprika over the top for added flavor and color.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is heated through.
