Savory Spiced Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 large eggs
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp honey
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, parsley, and garlic.
3. Add Worcestershire sauce, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper to the mixture and blend well.
4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add them to the beef mixture.
5. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
6. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan.
7. In a small bowl, combine ketchup and honey, then spread over the top of the meatloaf.
8. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through and a thermometer reads 160°F (70°C).
9. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat slices in the microwave for 2-3 minutes or until heated through, or in a 350°F oven for 15 minutes.
