Ingredients

4 boneless pork chops
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water

Instructions

1. Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the pork chops until browned on both sides.
3. Transfer the pork chops to the slow cooker.
4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, and oregano, stirring for 1 minute until fragrant.

6. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the pork chops are tender.
7. Mix cornstarch with water to form a slurry and stir into the slow cooker juices to thicken the sauce before serving.
