Savory Mushroom Swiss Sliders

These Savory Mushroom Swiss Sliders are a delightful twist on classic mini burgers, featuring juicy beef patties topped with melted Swiss cheese and sautéed mushrooms, perfect for a party appetizer or a quick weeknight meal.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
8 slider buns
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp butter

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 8 small patties.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add patties and cook for 3 minutes on each side until browned.
4. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty and cover skillet to melt cheese.
5. Toast slider buns in a toaster or oven.
6. Assemble sliders by adding patties to buns, top with sautéed mushrooms, and serve.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat sliders in a 350°F (175°C) oven for about 10 minutes or until heated through.
