Savory Mushroom Delight

Ingredients
1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup dry white wine
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Clean and slice the mushrooms.
2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
3. Add onion and garlic; sauté until translucent.
4. Add sliced mushrooms; cook until they release their juices, about 5 minutes.
5. Stir in white wine; simmer until liquid is mostly evaporated.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through, or microwave for 1-2 minutes.
