2 lbs yellow squash, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
