Savory Heritage Ribs
Succulent and tender ribs marinated in a rich and flavorful blend of spices and slow-cooked to perfection, bringing a taste of tradition with every bite.

Ingredients
4 lbs pork ribs
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
2. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
3. Rub the spice mix generously over the ribs.
4. Place ribs on a baking sheet and cover with foil.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 2.5 hours until tender.
6. Remove foil, brush with apple cider vinegar and BBQ sauce mixture.
7. Increase oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
8. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Storage
Store leftover ribs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a preheated oven at 300°F (150°C) for 20 minutes, or until warm.
