Savory Herb Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, and red wine vinegar until well combined.
2. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while continuously whisking to emulsify the mixture.
3. Stir in the minced garlic, chopped parsley, and chopped basil.
4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, whisking until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
5. Transfer the vinaigrette to a sealable container for easy storage.
Storage
Store the vinaigrette in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Shake well before each use.
Reheating
Reheat not recommended. Use at room temperature by allowing to stand for 15-20 minutes out of the fridge.
