Savory Herb Mushroom Delight

A delightful and easy mushroom dish infused with aromatic herbs, perfect for a quick dinner or as a side dish.

Ingredients

1 lb of cremini mushrooms
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

1. Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp paper towel.
2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown.
5. Stir in thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper, and cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Finish with a drizzle of lemon juice before serving.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat on the stovetop over medium heat until warmed through, or microwave for 1-2 minutes.
