Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, basil, egg, salt, pepper, and milk.
3. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
4. Form the mixture into 1.5-inch balls using your hands.
5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
6. Sear the meatballs in batches until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes per batch.
7. Transfer the meatballs to a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
8. Serve warm, garnished with additional parsley if desired.

Storage

Store meatballs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

To reheat, place meatballs in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10 minutes or until heated through.
