Savory Herb Cheese Popovers

Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole milk
3 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
2. Grease a popover pan generously with butter.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and melted butter until well combined.
4. Gradually add the flour and salt, whisking until smooth.
5. Stir in the chopped chives, rosemary, and cheddar cheese.
6. Fill the popover pan cups about halfway with the batter.
7. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 375°F and bake for an additional 20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a preheated 350°F oven for 5-7 minutes until warmed through.
