Savory Garlic Herb Sauteed Mushrooms

An exquisite blend of cremini mushrooms sauteed with garlic and fresh herbs, perfect for a quick side dish or topping for steak.

Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil
1 lbs cremini mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
2 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add sliced mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Lower the heat to medium, add butter, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper; cook for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
4. Stir in lemon juice and parsley, and cook for an additional minute.
5. Serve hot as a side dish or steak topping.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in a skillet over low heat until warmed through, or microwave on medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
