Savory Cranberry Turkey Casserole

Ingredients

2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
1 cup cranberry sauce
1 cup stuffing
1 cup mashed potatoes
1/2 cup turkey gravy
1/2 cup frozen green peas
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (parsley and thyme)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, mashed potatoes, turkey gravy, green peas, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
3. Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
5. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with breadcrumbs and fresh herbs. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the cheese layer.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
7. Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until heated through.
