Savory Cabbage and Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
1 lb ground turkey
1 large onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
3. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
4. Stir in smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
5. In a large bowl, combine cooked turkey mixture with cabbage, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, and sour cream.
6. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Storage
Allow the casserole to cool completely, then transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Preheat your oven to 350°F and reheat the casserole for 15-20 minutes until heated through.
