1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. In a skillet, cook the chorizo over medium heat until fully browned, then remove and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and cook the hash browns until crispy.
3. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper, then pour into the skillet and scramble.
4. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan.
