Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
8 small corn tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 avocado, sliced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
2. Add taco seasoning and water to the beef, stir, and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until pliable.
4. Assemble the tacos by placing beef mixture in each tortilla.
5. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and any other desired toppings.
6. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
Storage
Store leftover ingredients separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat beef in a skillet over low heat or microwave until warmed through. Warm tortillas before serving.
