Sauteed Garden Greens
A delightful and nutritious side dish, this Sauteed Garden Greens recipe combines tender Swiss chard with aromatic garlic and a hint of lemon, making it a perfect accompaniment to any meal.

Ingredients
1 bunch Swiss chard, stems and leaves separated and chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the chopped Swiss chard stems and cook for 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften.
4. Stir in the chard leaves and season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the leaves are wilted and tender, about 5 minutes.
6. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through, or microwave on medium power for 1-2 minutes.
